Here’s what you’ll get: before we meet for our first session, we have a conversation to set a goal you want to achieve over the course of our 6 sessions together. Then, we create mini goals for each session which supports your overall goal. These sessions will be specifically tailored for you.

By bringing mindful movement directly to you, I create curriculum that is uniquely designed for the needs and goals of your students and school.
My classes integrate movement (yoga), mindfulness practices (breathing exercises, self-coping/regulation techniques) and storytelling (through yoga on the mat) as part of my holistic technique.
KID'S YOGA IN STUDIOS & CENTERS
Yoga for kids is in high demand right now and needed more than ever!
Teaching young souls self-regulation techniques and giving them the ability to connect to their breath and bodies will serve them for a lifetime. Why not let your studio or center be the catalyst for kids to explore this practice?
I offer the following types of classes:
Caregiver & Me - ages 6 months to 3 years with a parent
Kid’s Yoga - ages 3 to 12 years
Family Yoga - all ages, parents included
Customized yoga, mindfulness activities, and fun for your parties and events!
